725-1.t3 is part of 5S RNA but has no hits indicating any overlaps

794-1.t3 hits  c794 5' end and c553 3' end

896-2.t3 part of it is LTR sequence but apart from this no real hits

1006-1.t3 hits SPAC22E12 2kb in from 3' end (so 1006 could be in the same region as 2E12)

1021-1.t3 hits SPAC4A8 12kb in from 3' end

1249-1.t3 c576 at 5' end and c126 at the 3' end

4G3-2.sp6 hits c364 in centre and c4G3 at 5' end

594-1.t3a hits c584 at 3' end

When I received the sequence of c584 I wrote:
584 (chr3) overlaps SPAC8A4 (!!).  I looked for 
marker ste1 which is supposed to be found on SPAC8A4 but it is not there.
8A4 will be included for end sequencing to confirm its identity.

Could c584 be the problem ?
