This directory contains four files of complementation annotation:

 - complemented_by_annotation.tsv
   contains S. pombe genes that can be complemented by non-pombe genes
   with details of genes and species

 - complements_annotation.tsv
   non-pombe genes that can be complemented by S. pombe genes

 - does_not_complement_annotation.tsv
   non-pombe genes that do not complement S. pombe genes
   
 - not_complemented_by_annotation.tsv
   S. pombe genes that are not complemented by non-pombe genes

All files have these columns:
 - systematic_id
   the systematic ID for the pombe gene
   
 - symbol
   the pombe gene symbol

 - detail
   the annotation detail
   column header is different in each of the four files:
     - functionally_complemented_by
     - functionally_complements
     - does_not_functionally_complement
     - is_not_functionally_complemented_by
   
 - full_or_partial
   - "full" for full complementation
   - "partial" for partial
   - blank if not known or not annotated

 - evidence
   A Gene Ontology style evidence code like:
     - "NAS": is_not_functionally_complemented_by

 - reference
   the PubMed ID
