GO-CAMs (Gene Ontology Causal Activity Models) are a framework
developed by the Gene Ontology (GO) project to represent complex
biological pathways in a structured, computable format. They model how
molecular activities, enabled by gene products or complexes, are
causally linked to form larger biological processes.

This directory contains the GO-CAM related files from the PomBase
2026-06-01 release.

Files:

  - go-cam_activities_with_unknown_protein.tsv - a table of activities
    known or suspected to occur in fission yeast but not yet
    associated with a gene product (or complex)

Sub-directories:

  - gocam_py_models - the S. pombe GO-CAM models from this release
    Each file contains a single GO-CAM in YAML format using the
    "gocam-py" data model discribed here:
