Term summary

ID
FYPO:0001927
Name
normal cell cycle regulation during cellular response to ionizing radiation
Ontology or CV name
Phenotype
Definition
A cellular response phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which the regulation of the mitotic cell cycle in response to ionizing radiation is normal (i.e. indistinguishable from wild type). Normally, cell cycle progression is slowed or arrested transiently following exposure to ionizing radiation.
