- A cell phenotype in which the amount of one or more regulation of sexual differentiation RNAs measured in a cell is lower than normal (i.e. lower than observed in wild-type cells) when the cell is subject to nitrogen starvation. Sexual differentiation RNAs are transcribed from genes whose products are involved in sexual differentiation, i.e. mating and sporulation.
