- A cellular process phenotype in which maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion is normal (i.e. indistinguishable from wild type). Maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion is the process in which the association between sister chromatids of a replicated chromosome is maintained as chromosomes condense, attach to the mitotic spindle, and congress to the metaphase plate.
