Term summary

ID
FYPO:0005420
Name
increased level of iron assimilation gene mRNA during vegetative growth
Ontology or CV name
Phenotype
Definition
A cell phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which the amount of one or more iron assimilation RNAs measured in a cell is higher than normal (i.e. higher than observed in wild-type cells).
