- Definition
- A cellular process phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which double-strand break processing extends for a normal (i.e. indistinguishable from wild type) distance from the break site. Double-strand break processing is the 5' to 3' exonucleolytic resection of the DNA at the site of the break to form a 3' single-strand DNA overhang.
