- A cell phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which cohesin ssDNA (lagging strand) loading is decreased during the mitotic cell cycle. Cohesin ssDNA (lagging strand) loading is the topological linking of a cohesin ring complex to single-stranded DNA, i.e. the lagging strand, in chromatin.
