A cellular process phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which the rate, or speed, of protein exchange in the actomyosin contractile ring is increased. Normally, proteins including actin and myosin are turned over between the contractile ring and elsewhere in the cytoplasm; exchange is faster during than before ring constriction.
