- A cellular process phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which arrested replication forks colocalize normally (i.e. indistinguishably from wild type) with nuclear pore complexes (NPCs). Normally, arrested replication forks relocate to NPCs as part of replication fork processing, and remain anchored at NPCs while recombination-dependent replication takes place.
