- A cellular process phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which the coordination of transcription rates to scale linearly with cell size is normal (i.e. indistinguishable from wild type). Transcriptional scaling maintains biomolecule concentrations as cells grow and divide. Total RNA or a specific RNA may be measured.
