Ontology or CV name
Phenotype
Definition
A cell phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which the distribution of a protein localized to chromatin along the length of genes that can be transcribed by RNA polymerase II is altered such that more of the protein is present at the 5' end, and less at the 3' end, than normal during metaphase of the mitotic cell cycle.
