Phenotype
Definition
A cell phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which a cell exhibits randomly misoriented actin and myosin II filaments, eventually forming a regular orthogonal actomyosin contractile ring. Although the onset of filaments assembly is not delayed, the cell takes more time complete the formation of an orthogonal actomyosin contractile ring.
