A cellular process phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which nucleosome occupancy at long terminal repeat (LTR) regions is normal (i.e. indistinguishable from wild type). Nucleosome occupancy measures the tendency for DNA in a given region to be packaged into nucleosomes.
