Ontology or CV name

Definition
A cell phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which the localization of a protein to chromatin knobs in subtelomeric regions is normal (I.e. indistinguishable from wild type). Chromatin knobs are highly condensed chromatin bodies that are distinct from subtelomeric heterochromatin (observed on chromosomes 1 and 2).
